Welcome to the most comprehensive internet
resource for information regarding chronic pain management. This
informational network is provided to you as a free service in order
to promote awareness and education regarding the important services
offered by qualified pain medicine physicians.
Choosing a pain physician
This section explains
what important information you should know about your physician
before establishing a formal relationship with them. Education,
training, and board certification status are all thoroughly addressed
here.
Physician Credential Verification
All physicians
participating in our network have undergone a credential review
process including confirmation of their medical degree, confirmation
of their primary residency training and fellowship programs, and
confirmation of their board certification status. Only after such a
review will this physician receive the “Verified” symbol on their
profile.
Physician Finder Service
Our online database
of pain physicians allows you to search for qualified physicians
using the criteria you define. You can search for physicians by
state, primary specialty, secondary specialty, fellowship training,
and board certification status. By allowing you to define the
important criteria, we hope you will find the physician perfect for
your needs.
Physician Rating System – In order to provide added value to you, we
have implemented a physician feedback/rating system. When viewing a
physician profile, you can click on the “rating” symbol which will
display anonymous feedback from patients regarding that particular
physician. This way you can see firsthand what patients really think
of their physician! We encourage you to participate.
Pain Education : As a service to you, we have created an open forum
for discussion regarding any aspect of pain you need addressed.
These forums are also frequented by participating physicians so you
can ask their advice regarding your particular situation. However,
please note that any advice given over such forums are not to be
regarded as establishing a doctor-patient
